Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer retention or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with DTC subscription or recurring revenue businesses.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools like Klaviyo.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics.
• Fluent German is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customer lifecycle programs across various channels.
• Develop automated workflows based on customer behavior.
• Audit and optimize workflows for customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer data to identify retention risks and opportunities.
• Monitor key retention metrics and conduct regular analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer experience.
