Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in high volume B2B sales in relevant industries.
• 2+ years of demonstrated sales experience meeting targets.
• Experience generating revenue through outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; Shopify B2B and Salesloft experience are a plus.
• Experience selling to healthcare practitioners is favorable.
• Strong organization, project management, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset focused on seizing opportunities and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Lead negotiations and close wholesale partnership deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
• Conduct market research for strategic sales insights.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Represent AG1 at industry events and promote products.
