Requirements:

• 5+ years of managerial experience within medical practice, preferably nephrology.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven track record in managing departments and fostering high-performing teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with effective communication across all management tiers.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% to 40% nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the management and enhancement of nephrology practice operational infrastructure, optimizing organizational efficiency and integration with physician partners, focusing on quality, utilization, and cost-of-care management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to advance the practice resources program, revolutionizing the healthcare landscape.
• Provide expert guidance to Kidney Care Entity practices linked with Interwell Health, identifying gaps and offering solutions for success within value-based care models.
• Lead discussions in internal and external meetings centered on Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting performance, utilizing nephrology expertise.
• Strategize with the Program Management team to operationalize and execute the Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting program.
• Contribute to the development of a robust process improvement plan for Interwell Health-partnered medical practices to ensure streamlined operations.
• Assist with other projects or tasks as needed, such as physician practice revenue cycle management.
