Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of hardware and software implementation projects.
  • Identify and train teams responsible for hardware installation and equipment management.
  • Establish and manage steering committees representing different departments.
  • Ensure successful system configuration, data migration, and integration with customer systems.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support during implementation.
  • Develop and execute change management plans for customers.
  • Conduct needs assessments and confirm user requirements.
  • Provide continuous support to address customer issues and feedback.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to optimize the platform.
  • Build and manage a team to handle implementation and support scenarios.
  • Mentor team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites for implementations.
