Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in implementing Ironclad or DocuSign.
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Ironclad or DocuSign.
• 5+ years of experience in selling and delivering business solutions on Ironclad or DocuSign platforms.
• 3+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
• Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.
• Expertise in project delivery, program management, and the SDLC.
• Management experience in technology and product departments with mature PM processes.
• Demonstrated track record in writing SOWs and negotiating contracts.
• Expert business operations experience, including invoicing and margins.
• Relevant education in Operations, Legal, and Contracting.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a thought leader for customers, implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day relationships and ensure exceptional performance across customer engagements.
• Drive innovation in solution delivery capabilities and reusable assets.
• Provide executive-level business consulting and pre-sales support.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on consulting and pre-sales activities.
• Advise customers on solution trade-offs for cost/benefit analysis.
• Contribute at a leadership level to support company growth.
• Maintain applicable Ironclad Certifications.
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
• Be an evangelist in the Ironclad Community and foster a company culture of success.
