• Commit to 100 dials and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time each day.
• Organized and process-driven approach to managing sales activities.
• Strong problem-solving and closing skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate account information in a sales system.
• High motivation and self-starting mentality.
• Availability full-time Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• Internet speed of a minimum of 100mbps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with small to medium size business owners to offer Care.com Marketing Solutions.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor daily volume of calls and touch points.
• Achieve individual sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with Care.com management to analyze sales metrics and retain business.
