Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Science, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of clinical research experience with deep knowledge of human subjects' protections and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Broad experience across therapeutic areas, including oncology and rare diseases, preferred.
• Certification as a clinical research coordinator (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in clinical operations and progressive leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in clinical trial technologies such as eCOA and EHR/EMR.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on clinical trial processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Build and manage a team of Clinical Research Coordinators across the U.S.
• Develop and execute operational strategies for research sites.
• Oversee trial logistics like site selection and coordinator staffing.
• Implement strategies for patient recruitment and retention.
• Ensure quality execution of trials, meeting regulatory requirements.
• Work with data management teams for high-quality data entry.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinical operations.
