Requirements:

• Minimum of one to two years experience at a domains-related business.
• Completion of post-secondary studies in administration, business, or information technology; at least high school completion.
• One to two years in a customer support environment, offering phone and email support.
• Desire for ongoing learning and development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining compliance for Tucows Domains and its reseller network with ICANN policies and international requirements.
• Manage end-customer concerns and work with resellers to ensure compliance.
• Handle Whois privacy inquiries and collaborate with law enforcement regarding abuse.
• Resolve tickets through Freshdesk, manage complaints from ICANN, and educate on intellectual property issues.
• Support compliance functions for other Tucows business lines.
