Requirements:
  • Experience using power dialer systems for outbound calling.
  • Proven track record in high-volume outbound calling, ideally in sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to handle rejection.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with BDRs and sales teams.
  • Basic CRM knowledge for tracking and reporting call outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Use a power dialer to make 100 to 300 outbound calls per hour to prospects.
  • Work with BDRs to execute targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Ensure call lists are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Track call metrics, including call volume and other KPIs, and report results to the team.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings or transfer qualified leads to BDRs or sales.
  • Maintain professionalism and clear communication on all calls.
  • Provide feedback to BDRs on list performance and call outcomes.
  • Continuously optimize outbound processes for efficiency.
