Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with accounting systems (NetSuite) and financial planning tools (Adaptive).
• Advanced knowledge of integration platforms such as iPaaS and SQL.
• Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
• Experience with global system implementations and localization.
• Ability to create and update finance systems technology roadmap.
• Provide end-to-end support and training for financial systems.
• Knowledge of core accounting processes such as procure to pay, record to report, and hire to retire.
• Strong project management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, configure, and support core finance system solutions to improve accounting operations.
• Maintain a detailed systems roadmap, covering all aspects of finance.
• Identify and manage resources to deliver on roadmap initiatives.
• Resolve technical issues and redesign processes for operational efficiency.
• Develop scalable financial processes for month-end close.
• Ensure proper procedures and change controls for production changes.
• Oversee user access management and quarterly review processes.
• Focus on SOX compliance and change management.
