• Ability to handle corporate matters with sound judgment.
• Experience with companies at a similar growth stage, preferably in-house.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Managing global equity programs and leading corporate transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with securities law and overseeing global subsidiary management.
• Leading global employment law efforts and collaborating with the People team.
• Creating equity management templates and supporting audits.
• Updating global expansion playbooks in collaboration with external counsel.
• Preparing documentation for the Board of Directors and managing outside counsel.
