Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience specifically in Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits Design and Management).
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and compensation regulations in various African countries.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing compensation strategies and benefits programs.
• Ability to navigate complex and diverse organizational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities:

• Review and advise on Teach For All’s current compensation and benefits strategy across 10+ African countries.
• Conduct in-depth market research and peer-benchmarking.
• Provide expert guidance on Total Rewards, including salary structures and non-monetary benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and tax regulations.
• Collaborate on developing and enhancing compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Provide training and support for implementation and administration.
• Develop communication strategies to promote awareness of compensation philosophy.
