Responsibilities:

• Create, refine, and implement a strategy for advancing Teach For All’s priorities in the region.
• Develop the team of portfolio leads to support network partners and prospective partners.
• Identify ideas, best practices, and innovations to maximize impact.
• Offer strategic advice to advance clarity and support partners in growing impact.
• Provide support in local fundraising initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, learning culture across the continent.
• Craft a strategy for establishing a strong presence in Africa.
• Strengthen ties with regional organizations and cultivate funding opportunities.
• Coach regional staff for high performance and effective resource allocation.
