Responsibilities:

• Leads solution development for activities involving new partners and products.
• Ensures successful onboarding of partners with cross-functional teams.
• Develops product strategy and roadmap for Consumer and Commercial Lending.
• Manages the onboarding of new partners and launches new programs with existing partners.
• Leads teams that include SMEs from technology, operations, compliance, sales, and marketing.
• Creates internal and external presentations communicating complex solutions.
• Tracks documentation related to business cases and partner solutions.
