Requirements:

• Should have total 15+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a management position of a recruiting team.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience at a fast-paced startup, SaaS, or technology company is a must have.
• An empathetic mindset to seek understanding first before arriving at answers.
• Curiosity and drive to build rapport with leaders and understand business units.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the initiatives that drive the quality selection of our people for the US region.
• Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
• Proactively identify and address hiring needs.
• Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures.
• Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed.
• Promote diversity in the workplace.
• Oversee and improve overall candidate experience.
• Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants.
• Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.
• Participate in strategic planning for employee development and engagement.
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software.
• Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires.
