Requirements:
  • 5+ years of management experience in Trade Promotion Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in dispute collections.
  • Experience with deductions is required.
  • Familiarity with TPM software is a plus.
  • Technical proficiency with SaaS products is preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
  • Experience in a start-up environment and adaptability to change is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dispute Collections Service (DCS) workflow.
  • Manage a team of trade resolution specialists.
  • Ensure timely submission of disputes and resolution of issues.
  • Own a few accounts to lead by example.
  • Collaborate with developers to build disputes platform.
  • Develop a system to track filing timeliness and aging analysis.
  • Work with the reconciliation team to meet thresholds on disputable expenses.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to the dispute process.
  • Assist with hiring and calculate monthly commission statements.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting.
