Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service within the B2C sector.
• Preferably experience in debt collection.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of state and federal collections laws and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support to clients.
