• Hold an active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in TN.
• Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with diagnostic assessments.
• Skillfully combine conceptual insights with appropriate treatment plans.
• Adept at treating a diverse cohort of students with respect and understanding.
• Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios effectively.
• Equipped with a quality video camera and a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as MI, CBT, and DBT.
• Utilize an advanced collaboration portal to connect with students.
• Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers.
• Maintain timely and precise records of all clinical interactions.
• Partner with the support team to enhance overall student care.
• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios.
• Become an expert in the unique care model to support college students.
