Requirements:

• Hold an active independent clinical licensure - LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC.
• Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with diagnostic assessments.
• Skillfully combine conceptual insights with appropriate treatment plans.
• Adept at treating a diverse cohort of students with respect and understanding.
• Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios effectively.
• Equipped with a quality video camera and stable internet connection for virtual therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT.
• Utilize our collaboration portal to connect with students for support.
• Work closely with campus treatment providers and peers to ensure cohesive care.
• Maintain timely and precise records of all clinical interactions.
• Partner with support team to enhance student care.
• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios.
