Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing relationships with partners and stakeholders, preferably in higher education or mental health.
• Ability to guide meetings with executive presence.
• Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce).
• Highly skilled in creating and delivering presentations.
• Experience crafting strategic success plans that align with organizational goals.
• Ability to tailor business reviews to various educational leadership profiles.
• Deep empathy for young-adult mental health issues.
• Skill in identifying and fostering relationships across campus.
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Partner Success.
• Manage relationships with college campus partners through implementation, training, and ongoing connection.
• Provide meaningful reporting to partners.
• Find opportunities for upsells and cross-sells within existing partnerships.
