Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics (or similar).
• 5+ years industry experience in electrical hardware product development.
• Experience in full product development and high volume production.
• Proficient in schematic design, PCB layout fundamentals, and hardware debugging.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and strong industry awareness of critical parts manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing engineering design verification test plans.
• Preparing and executing reliability test plans to ensure warranty and service life.
• Conducting Highly Accelerated Life Tests (HALT) and Accelerated Life Tests (ALT).
• Designing automated verification fixtures and test instrumentation systems.
• Analyzing testing results and issuing approval or rejection.
• Identifying component alternatives and conducting environmental and compliance testing.
