Responsibilities:

• Own key product/channel P&Ls within the Home Energy business unit.
• Identify and execute opportunities to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Develop business cases, lead financial analyses, and craft go-to-market strategies for new hardware and service offerings.
• Leverage market knowledge to inform positioning, placement, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to set objectives and lead business reviews with senior management.
