Requirements:

• Integrity and confidentiality are paramount.
• Minimum four years of experience in the Human Resources field.
• Strong computer skills and experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in dealing with all levels of personnel.
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines preferred.
• Strong communication skills for conveying HR policies.

Responsibilities:

• Support a positive onboarding experience through effective coordination and logistics.
• Maintain data entry for new hires, job changes, terminations, and leaves of absence, ensuring accuracy.
• Support payroll processing and administration of the company option plan.
• Advise employees on HR policies and assist in resolving concerns.
• Assist the Sr. Director, People in implementing HR initiatives and programming.
• Other duties as assigned by the company.
