• Ability to autonomously perform advanced analytics.
• Willingness to learn new data technologies and tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in SQL and Python coding.

Responsibilities:

• Master various healthcare data types including claims, operational data, and digital engagement data.
• Partner with leadership to understand company priorities for data-driven decision making.
• Collect project needs and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead project management for Analytics and Reporting projects.
• Identify and use data sources to address business questions.
• Support data fluency through standardized measurement techniques and share insights.
• Collaborate with business intelligence teams to design analytics solutions.
• Present findings to key leaders and external stakeholders.
