Requirements:

• 4+ years of engineering management and agile development experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in building large scale enterprise solutions as a technical leader.
• Hands-on leader with detailed experience in software architecture and design.
• Understanding of product development processes with proven execution ability.
• Good understanding of complexities in large-scale distributed systems and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven ability to inspire teams, recruit, mentor, and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
• Experience working with both offshore and onshore teams.
• Customer focused, strong bias for action, detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
• Experience from AdTech, MarTech, SalesTech, or Digital Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to delivery key integration initiatives and advance technology and product roadmaps.
• Provide deep technical leadership, establish requirements, coordinate technical interfaces with customers, and advise leadership on technical aspects.
• Drive project execution, work cross-functionally to ship products on time with high quality.
• Collaborate with product managers to define products and enhancements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a geographically distributed team.
• Manage individual goals, performance, and employee development.
• Ensure a conducive culture, processes, and technology for product launches.
• Run and improve an agile/rapid development process.
• Maximize knowledge transfer to new team members.
• Provide regular updates on KPI results, project progress, and cost metrics.
