Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in administrating and supporting business systems.
• Deep admin experience with NetSuite, including custom reports and user management.
• Experience with ancillary systems like Zip, Expensify, and FloQast.
• Understanding of integrations between systems, especially with NetSuite.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable leading multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Administrate and support financial systems like NetSuite, Zip, Stripe, etc.
• Partner with business teams to develop delivery roadmaps and define processes.
• Participate in complex system implementation projects.
• Lead and facilitate smaller projects and system enhancements.
• Drive system support strategy and analyze ticket trends.
• Develop and manage SOPs and training materials.
