Requirements:

• Background in JavaScript and understanding of modern web development practices.
• Strong technical skills from software development or previous pre-sales experience.
• Expertise in internet technologies: TCP, DNS, HTTP(S), TLS.
• Knowledge of broader technical ecosystems including Headless CMS, eCommerce, and Analytics.
• Experience with load and performance testing for enterprise web applications.
• Understanding of best practices in enterprise network architecture and security.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Be the expert in Vercel's platform and solutions.
• Develop and present demonstrations of Vercel solutions.
• Manage and run Proofs of Concept (PoCs), guiding measures of success.
• Respond to Security Documents and coordinate with internal teams.
• Respond to RFPs and formal written responses for sales opportunities.
• Represent Voice of Customer to Product and Engineering teams.
