Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience in a marketing or creative agency.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a large portfolio ($3M+).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and refine project management processes.
• Strong negotiation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to identify trends and anticipate risks.
• Understanding of project and portfolio interconnectedness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Project Management team.
• Establish and maintain project management methodologies and processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance and identify trends.
• Optimize resource allocation across the portfolio.
• Identify and assess risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting and reporting.
• Build strong client relationships to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop reporting dashboards to provide insights on performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
