Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in leading high-performing multigenerational teams.
• Proven experience in project management and business development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach with quick decision-making ability.
• Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic vision and professional judgement in planning and execution.
• Experience with implementing complex project management systems.
• Solid financial acumen including budgeting and cost management.
• Strong leadership record in growing and influencing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Available to travel for business.
