Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position or 7 years in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent business acumen, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the market and landscape in Energy Solutions’ Technology Programs and Products.
• Familiarity with HVAC and experience from an HVAC contractor, distributor, or manufacturer preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with market actors and communicate professionally.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including anticipating risks.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with manufacturers, distributors, contractors, retailers, and large end-users.
• Collaborate across departments, serve as a resource between program leads, the market, and the Outreach & Trade Ally Team.
• Assist with budget development and staff management for Trade Ally Strategy initiatives.
• Contribute to outreach plans for program launches and existing programs.
• Develop and lead improvements of metrics and methods for tracking outreach performance.
• Leverage market data to focus outreach efforts and provide recommendations based on analysis.
