Requirements:
Proven history of leading payor contracting, including negotiations with national and local payors. Strong knowledge of healthcare service payment strategies. Ability to recruit, retain, and mentor a top-tier payer function and team.
Responsibilities:
Expand and develop a strategy for payor contracting across existing and new health plans. Research and build relationships with key stakeholders at target health plans. Develop partnership proposals tailored to target health plans' needs. Negotiate new contracts for maximum revenue and operational efficiency. Direct the launch of new markets via contracting with various payors. Optimize collections and verification processes in collaboration with the RCM team. Create and track KPIs and quality indicators for payors. Manage all contracts and contract terms effectively.
