• Proven history of leading payor contracting, including negotiations with national and local payors.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare service payment strategies.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and mentor a top-tier payer function and team.

Responsibilities:

• Expand and develop a strategy for payor contracting across existing and new health plans.
• Research and build relationships with key stakeholders at target health plans.
• Develop partnership proposals tailored to target health plans' needs.
• Negotiate new contracts for maximum revenue and operational efficiency.
• Direct the launch of new markets via contracting with various payors.
• Optimize collections and verification processes in collaboration with the RCM team.
• Create and track KPIs and quality indicators for payors.
• Manage all contracts and contract terms effectively.
