• 5+ years experience in clinical sales, partnerships, or business development role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and professional presence.
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate and influence at all levels of an organization.
• Proven track record of meeting assigned goals.
• High level of autonomy and self-motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize market analysis and strategy to maximize brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Deliver on patient referral targets and outreach goals by cultivating new relationships and nurturing existing ones.
• Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a CRM to demonstrate territory performance.
• Cultivate relationships with medical providers, health systems, hospitals, and clinics through educational presentations.
• Collaborate with the Referral Coordinators and Admissions team to create a stellar referral process.
