Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data quality management.
• Familiarity with data management technologies and platforms.
• Proven experience in data architecture, data governance, and data integration.
• Ability to develop and implement a strategic data architecture that aligns with business goals.
• Ability to address technology choice dilemmas and ensure the scalability, quality, and governance of data assets.
• Experience in leading the adoption of new data technologies and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Align EarnIn’s data strategy with business goals to enhance decision-making and provide direction for future data projects.
• Establish robust data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Create and define data stewardship roles and responsibilities to promote accountability and ownership of data across the organization.
• Implement solutions for seamless data flow across systems, breaking down data silos and improving data accessibility.
• Define data quality metrics and standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
• Work closely with business units, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to understand their data requirements and challenges.
• Effectively communicate data architecture principles and standards to stakeholders to promote a data-driven culture.
• Stay informed about industry trends, evaluate, and recommend new data management tools and platforms to enhance our data capabilities.
