• Experience in selling within a pre-sales consulting or sales engineering team.
• Domain knowledge in SaaS, CDP, APIs, marketing automation, data warehouse, and BI.
• BA/BS degree and 3-5+ years of technology pre-sales experience.
• Experience in technical sales (SaaS, Martech, e-commerce, CDP) and understanding Machine Learning and AI concepts.
• Development experience in Java, JavaScript, and web technologies.
• Expertise with HTML, CSS, JS, and understanding of SPA frameworks.
• Ability to effectively work remotely and travel when necessary.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Bloomreach Engagement product expert to support the Sales team in a pre-sales capacity.
• Support the Sales team with tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and deliverables for prospects, customers, and partners.
• Execute the full pre-sales process including discovery, strategy, demo engagement, and reporting.
• Drive technical solutions in Proof of Concept and demonstration situations, coordinating between development and customers.
• Translate customer and partner requirements into technical solutions.
• Act as an industry expert for partners, customers, and prospects.
• Lead the team in answering RFPs and RFIs.
