Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management roles.
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing data and analytics teams.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data governance best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI developers.
• Develop and implement data strategies to enhance utilization.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through strong governance.
• Work with departments to identify data needs and provide efficient solutions.
• Manage data architecture, including warehousing and integration.
