Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial modeling.
• Proficient in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and resolve all types of Rev Ops tickets, ensuring timely support across departments.
• Develop and maintain financial models and complex spreadsheets to support revenue forecasting and analysis.
• Create, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to provide actionable insights.
• Perform data mapping, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Administer Salesforce and other GTM-related technologies, including configurations and user management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Support the implementation and integration of new technologies into the revenue tech stack.
• Provide technical and operational support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
