Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar level of professional experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience in the relevant domain.
• Updated, hands-on programming skills involving training enterprise-scale AI models such as Python, Torch, TensorFlow.
• Active portfolio of high-impact scientific papers in quantum computing, AI or ML.
• Experience developing quantum algorithms using SDKs like Qiskit, CUDA-Q, Cirq, Q#, Penny Lane, and Torch Quantum is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on development of state-of-the-art hybrid AI applications optimized for CPU, GPU and IonQ trapped-ion QPU.
• Shape, champion and deliver on a multi-year quantum AI roadmap within the company.
• Collaborate across compiler, system, cloud and partner teams to integrate quantum algorithms with larger hybrid software platforms.
• Serve as a technical leader for a team of PhD scientists.
• Identify problems of business interest for new clients and foster customer relationships.
