Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of enterprise application integration, data migration (ETL), and business intelligence.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and Accela teammates to understand requirements and possible solutions.
• Lifelong learning inclination and ability to acquire new technical skills.
• Prior experience with the Accela Civic Platform and Accela Citizen Access is required.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with implementation teams to translate the vision of the Civic Platform into reality using technical expertise.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver technology solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, including design, testing, documentation, packaging, and deployment.
• Lead technical and architecture workshops to educate and engage customers.
