• 3 years of experience administering HubSpot CRM.
• Experience managing HubSpot CRM integrated with Salesforce.
• Highly knowledgeable in data management, process optimization, and system integrations within HubSpot.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation features.
• Experience in creating and analyzing marketing metrics and campaign performance.
• Proficient in designing workflows and automations that enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Experience configuring Salesforce related to custom fields and lead assignment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a desire to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the HubSpot platform using Marketing and Operations Hubs.
• Manage and troubleshoot workflows, integrate with Salesforce and other systems, and develop lead routing strategies.
• Consult on and implement best practices for data management in HubSpot.
• Define technical requirements to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Optimize HubSpot data models, workflows, forms, and automation strategies.
• Maintain HubSpot integration with Salesforce and other applications.
• Provide data architecture consultation to ensure seamless integrations.
• Collaborate with team members on HubSpot customizations.
• Establish HubSpot best practices for lead scoring and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot technical issues.
