Requirements:

  • Ensure TAMs excel in product knowledge and contribute to the TAM function.
  • Oversee creation of high-quality customer-facing materials.
  • Establish performance objectives and provide feedback to enhance team skills.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support clients during escalations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks in client accounts.
