Requirements:

• Prior experience in a consulting, project management, or customer facing role.
• Experience with and interest in the business side of implementations from small to large scale.
• Familiarity with principles and best practices of software product ownership.
• Desire to learn how technology transforms business.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially in written and verbal English.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, able to handle shifting priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new applications and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for providing accurate product and platform information, recommendations, and guidance to customers on Acquia products.
• Ensure high-quality, timely written deliverables when required.
• Create an excellent customer experience through collaboration, preparation, delivery, and successful handoff.
• Increase customers knowledge and understanding of the platform and product.
• Manage multiple customer engagements with detailed records and timely responses.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Shift time to accommodate customer and internal time zone considerations as needed.
