• 7+ years of experience managing events targeting Enterprise customers.
• Proven success in running a marketing program in a fast-paced business.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, building trusted relationships with teams and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of leveraging digital tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Results-oriented mindset with capability to analyze data for optimization.
• Instinct for enhancing customer experience and an experimental mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Own the external third-party events strategy and the end-to-end event management.
• Project manage participation, logistics, and staffing for events.
• Annually plan and execute events calendar and budget.
• Report on performance and analyze results to evolve event strategy.
• Manage multiple day-to-day event marketing plans.
• Set up processes and playbooks for growth and sales teams.
• Manage vendor relationships effectively.
