Requirements:

• Experience in internal games production in a AAA setting (or equivalent).
• Product acumen and passion for multiplayer shooters.
• Ability to partner with creative and technical leaders.
• Results oriented, and composed under pressure.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
• Understanding of complex, multi-disciplinary content pipelines.
• Hard project management skills and data-oriented development approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Drive all production of a set of experiences in Systems area of Marathon, ensuring timely and budget-compliant player experiences.
• Maintain a well understood pipeline and schedule for the product area.
• Evaluate in-development content to ensure player experience.
• Set milestone goals and schedules for the Experience Team in conjunction with the Production Team.
• Facilitate communication across disciplines and manage dependencies.
• Iterate on production processes for improved velocity and visibility.
• Work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Ensure studio compliance with company policies.
