Requirements:

• One year of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field with a degree or approved credentials.
• If no related degree, 2+ years of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field.
• Previous teaching or learner support experience, preferably in a remote setting.
• Post-secondary degree or other credentials in Cybersecurity or a related field.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in teaching ~25-30 learners in Correlation One’s virtual Cybersecurity training program for 25 weeks.
• Participate in all live lectures, provide quick responses on Slack, and host breakout rooms as needed.
• Provide up to 6 hours of individual office hours for Fellows each week.
• Work collaboratively with fellow TAs and Lead Instructors to enhance the learner experience.
• Host review sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure learner progress and satisfaction.
• Respond to Fellows’ questions on Slack within 24 hours.
• Attend weekly TA meetings with C1 staff.
