Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
• Strong willingness to learn about syndicated data and category management.
• Proven track record in building relationships with retail customers and wholesalers.
• Ability to gather and use customer feedback to identify market needs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across all organization levels.
• Proven analytical skills and an understanding of syndicated data as it applies to beverage alcohol.
• Must reside within the assigned sales territory and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Sell new and expanded distribution of BeatBox Beverages brands to multi-unit, regional, and franchise chain accounts.
• Develop a strong understanding of client business needs and develop plans to address those needs.
• Communicate sales results to internal teams and ensure execution of retail plans.
• Build follow-up plans on new distribution and promotional activity.
• Work with distributor managers to meet sales and distribution plans.
• Manage budgets and maximize sales goals.
• Prepare detailed presentations and uncover opportunities to grow volume.
