Requirements:

• 2 years of field marketing experience in beverage, CPG, clothing, lifestyle, or health and beauty.
• 1 year in a leadership/management role in a brand sampling environment.
• Experience in building collaborative projects from concept to execution.
• Marketing communications focused on strategic partnerships.
• Knowledge of required state sampling license.
• Strong communication, organization, adaptability, creativity, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Win over the 21+ consumers to bring BeatBox to life in your market.
• Build a local network while infusing national strategies and philosophy in the field.
• Translate national programs into successful local activation through product sampling, events, and partnerships.
• Hire, train, and staff a field marketing team to execute activations and events.
• Align with SEM/Sales counterparts to support local activations.
• Develop relationships with on-premise and off-premise managers.
• Identify event opportunities and enhance local campaign through social media.
