Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close new eCOA business within assigned accounts (Top 25 Pharma).
  • Manage the sales process, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Information (RFI).
  • Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Organize and lead client meetings.
  • Serve as escalation point for clients and primary contact for mid-study change orders.
  • Drive governance processes with strategic accounts, collaborating with services and executive teams.
  • Attend conferences to represent the brand and identify new opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing to develop eCOA initiatives and generate new leads.
  • Collect competitive intelligence and collaborate on strategic roadmap needs.
