Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent certification and experience.
• 3+ years working with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools such as ADF, SQL DW, Synapse, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for client interaction.
• Client relationship skills along with experience managing vendors.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support client’s Azure Data platform and Power BI environment including incident resolution.
• Consult and develop solutions in Microsoft Azure with tools like Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, etc.
• Mentor junior team members and provide feedback on their work.
• Design and deploy data pipelines, models, and AI-driven solutions.
• Communicate with clients to identify issues and follow up via e-mail, ticketing systems, and phone calls.
• Maintain updated documentation for client environments.
