Requirements:

• Strong understanding of traditional Category Management and Price & Promotions.
• Proven expertise in customer-centric category insight, assortment, and merchandising solutions.
• Experience in embedding data-led customer insight in Category Management and Price & Promotions processes.
• Delivery of consulting and thought leadership in Category Management and/or Price & Promotions.
• Team leadership of subject-matter experts and consultants.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the leadership team within the Walmart Scintilla team, partner with the Commercial team to understand client needs.
• Develop, utilize and deploy products and solutions to deliver compelling capabilities.
• Ensure high standards and measure the value add across projects.
• Lead innovation projects to maintain dunnhumby's thought leadership.
