Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of full-time experience in frontline jobs such as service, retail, or warehouse roles.
• Demonstrated experience in transitioning from an entry-level frontline role to managerial or corporate positions.
• Passion for mentoring and coaching others.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week for mentor calls.
• Flexible scheduling and communication skills to accommodate students' changing schedules.
• Empathy and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Understanding of frontline work challenges.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an inspirational role model for students.
• Help students contextualize course content to their work and personal lives.
• Guide students to connect their current skills and experiences to future career aspirations.
• Provide 1-1 guidance during the 11-week online course.
• Support students in developing tools and mindsets for effective decision-making and communication.
